SoftServe and Akamai built a hybrid edge-to-cloud architecture that governs AI agents with NVIDIA NemoClaw’s OpenShell runtime controls, and then benchmarked what that governance costs in latency and dollars, under load, with the controls active.

The results: roughly 22 milliseconds of server-side processing and $0.0047 per 1,000 images, with a complete, immutable audit log of every model call, data access, and action the agent took.
