Alexander Amelin is SoftServe’s Senior Vice President of Client Success. He has a 19 years of experience helping customers achieve their goals as a technical leader, product development leader, and business unit leader. Under his leadership, SoftServe built a global healthcare business unit, introduced nonlinear business models like product ownership and co-development, and introduced proprietary intellectual property. As Senior Vice President of Client Success, Alexander is responsible for all aspects of SoftServe’s service delivery, leading engineering, and customer-facing teams globally within the healthcare vertical. He is also responsible for growing and developing a strong Client Solutions team focused on assuring our client success by providing a premium experience. Alexander holds a MS degree, with honors, from the Lviv Polytechnic National University and also studied at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Anthony Mazzuca is an industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, with a specialty in leadership roles focused on the implementation of technology to enable better business results. He was previously Head of Product Development for Octagon Research Solutions (acquired by Accenture), and has held leadership positions with Aetna, American Management Systems, and the Defense Logistics Agency. Anthony has a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from The Catholic University of America, and an M.S. in Information Systems from Drexel University. He has a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
Jim Michaels is a business development leader with extensive experience in account retention and expansion, client relations, business to business (B2B) sales, and solution selling within the healthcare industry. He is an analytical, results-driven professional with a proven track record of obtaining a high volume of new accounts while continuing growth in current client relationships.
Ihor Vasyutyn is Senior Product Manager and Healthcare Solution Leader at SoftServe. He has more than 18 years' professional experience in software design and development, including involvement in healthcare enterprise products from the beginning phase to deployment and customization. He leads healthcare expertise at SoftServe and provides clients with domain and technical expertise to solve the most pressing business problems: regulation compliance, interoperability, patient engagement, and analytics.
Karina Badillo has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a specialty in software product management and development. She successfully directed the development and delivery of multiple solutions in the healthcare space from product inception to market launch. Her experience ranges from defining and executing product roadmaps and agile transformations, leading scrum teams, and managing client and vendor relationships.
