# Govern Every AI Agent With One Layer.
AI agents already work inside Salesforce, SAP, Workday, and ServiceNow. Most teams build their own agents with no shared rules, creating risk. SoftServe and Workato's Agentic Gateway gives you one governed layer across every agent and endpoint.

## Hear From SoftServe at World of Workato
### Unified AI: Workato as the Agentic Gateway .
AI agents promise autonomous execution, but most enterprises face fragmented tools, siloed platforms, and no trusted path from intent to action. This session introduces Unified AI — an orchestration layer across Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, and D365, powered by Workato as the Agentic Gateway. See how Workato exposes enterprise data, APIs, and workflows as governed agent tools while enforcing security, approvals, and auditability through a live Lead-to-Cash scenario.
- Lightning session · Sept 23 · 12:40-12:55 p.m.
- Speaker: Oleg Koropita, API Management and Integration Practice Director, SoftServe

## Where Enterprise AI Agents Break Down
Four blockers stop enterprises from scaling AI agents securely. Agentic Gateway addresses each one.
### Fragmented agent tools
Your teams deploy agents on different platforms with no shared rules. Agentic Gateway gives every agent one governed control point, regardless of which system it touches.
### No visibility or control
You cannot govern what you cannot see. Agentic Gateway gives you full visibility into what every agent does, what it costs, and where it connects.
### Weak governance layer
Policies, approvals, and audit trails applied at the agent level fail at scale. Agentic Gateway enforces governance consistently across your entire agent fleet and every cross-system process.
### No path from intent to action
Siloed platforms and limited integration mean agents cannot reach the data and systems they need. Agentic Gateway connects enterprise data, APIs, workflows, and automations as governed agent tools.
