## Your system is stable. That doesn’t mean it’s right.

Most modernization problems don’t show up at go-live. They show up later — when everything looks fine.

Systems are running. Dashboards are green. But underneath:

- data stops lining up
- results don’t match expectations
- decisions slow down

**This perspective explains:**

- where problems appear after go-live
- how system behavior can drift over time
- why issues don’t trigger alerts
