Disruption enables growth and many SoftServe associates have directly experienced this since the beginning of this year. But our company is no stranger to obstacles, or the drive to improve situations using technology and compassion.

Our two programs—Open Tech and Open Eyes—deliver tangible support for a wide range of community-led initiatives. SoftServe team members around the globe are using their talents and time to improve the areas of the world where it’s needed most.

  Open Eyes

  Open Eyes is SoftServe’s charity fund that implements projects in Ukraine and Poland.
  
  These projects are currently focused on humanitarian aid and defender support, infrastructure and reconstruction, education, healthcare, and cultural and environmental well-being.
  
  Our fund cooperates with a wide network of non-profit organizations, medical institutions, authorities, and local communities across Ukraine to support Ukrainians in their fight for freedom.

  Open Tech is SoftServe's charity crowdsourcing platform where we combine individual contributions of time and skills to create a major impact in our communities.
  
  We’re experts at solving complicated challenges, and with Open Tech, our technological solutions help power essential projects. With initiatives involving NGOs, local and national authorities, and education institutions, we continue to seek ways to improve the world around us.
